Our ERP system has been running for more than 30 years, which is pretty typical in the furniture industry. We have run on various versions of the original GERS system for about 36 years. Over the last 15, it became increasingly difficult to merge it with the user-friendly capabilities of current software. Teaching younger employees to work with function keys was a struggle, and it made it hard to keep them on board.
